Membership Information
HOW TO JOIN
All youth age 6-18 are eligible for membership. During the school year, programs run from October until April. Members are expected to come to the house twice each week for their two “core” programs.
Member Registration:
Registration begins September 28th for 2009-2010 year.
You must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to register. Please take a moment to read through our handbook before signing the application. Also, when selecting extra programs you may want to read through the extra programs booklet, which will better describe the programs that are offered this year. The master schedule of programs is also available below for your convenience

Extra Program Booklet 2009-2010
Preschoolers and Adults:
Registration for Preschool Programs begins on October 5, 2009.
(NOTE: this is one week later than the opening of regular membership registration)
Preschoolers are welcome in dance, swim, and gymnastics programs. Please call if you would like more details.
Sarah Heinz House also offers adult programs on select days. In addition, we love to have adult volunteers help facilitate our programs. Please call if you would like more information.

Summer camp:
Summer camp programs operate from June through August. Please call 412.231.2377.
Membership Fees
Heinz House keeps fees very reasonable to encourage maximum participation. There is a set fee to join and participate in the two “core” programs. Many of the extra programs carry additional fees.
Once a member, you may come to Heinz House up to six days a week to see your friends and participate in open, free programs. The game rooms, for example, will almost always be open during program times.
2009 - 2010 fees: $25 for first child; $20 for second child; each additional child $15.00.
