The goal of the Sarah Heinz House Strategic Plan is to become a “high performing organization” by 2015.

Each quarter our plan will have 4 "drivers" that are pushing our organization towards "Great" and towards our Vision. Our current drivers are:

Youth Driver(s) - Anne Kisak and Michael Pavicic - Youth of the Year Finalists

Staff Driver(s) - Andrea Prettyman

Board Driver - Mark Rutherford

Partner Driver - Aetna and The Aetna Foundation
